Step 1: Consultation

Upon receiving your enquiry, we will start by understanding your objective of having a material handling equipment, as well as the challenges you face.

Step 2: Site Survey

Our experienced specialists will arrange a site visit to conduct a site survey that includes site assessment and discussion with site representatives to plan for a smoother project execution without affecting your business operation.

Step 3: Quotation

We will come up with a customised quotation that includes project details after gathering all the necessary information and getting the specification of material handling equipment that suit your needs.

Step 4: Design

To help you visualise better on the functions and construction of the equipment, we will provide you with the technical drawing on the design. Apart from custom design, we are capable of re-designing or making modifications to your existing equipment to meet the safety, sustainability and regulatory guidelines given by JKKP.

Step 5: Down Payment

To ensure project can proceed without a glitch, we provide you with the payment structure in stages.

Step 6: Design Approval By JKKP

We will submit the technical drawing to the JKKP Malaysia to gain approval. Our technical recommendations including dimensions, structural components, materials, etc. comply with the authority’s requirements.

Step 7: Fabrication & Assembly

Our in-house specialists conduct structural fabrication and assembly of equipment in-house to your specifications using quality materials and processes.

Step 8: Installation

The installation process involves wiring, testing and commission by cladding. It takes 1 to 2 days to complete, and we will inform the site representative once the installation is completed.

Step 9: Site Inspection By JKKP

The JKKP officer will be invited over to do site inspection. Upon the successful testing of the equipment, a certificate will be granted. We will then ensure the cladding is properly done and put the equipment into service before passing all relevant documentation to you.

Step 10: Renewed Inspection & Maintenance

To ensure our equipment runs with high reliability in long term, we will need to provide renewed inspection and maintenance at least once every 15 months.
